JUST VEGAN MEAL DELIVERY MENU IS GLOBE TROTTING 29 JAN – 2 FEBRUARY 

*NEW IN – Fresh blitzed seasonal juices now available with meals daily, at additional R35.00 (This weeks juice is fresh watermelon, mango & maca). Vitamins A, B6, C, lycopene, antioxidants, amino acids, folate, copper & iron. A fantastic addition to nutritious meals or energising morning wake up prior to work or after workout!

• Mediterranean Monday – Polenta Saltimbocca 

–  Thinly sliced ‘veal’, topped with smokey ‘bacon’, drizzled with silky sauce a la Roman, gently placed on firm polenta. Soft aromas of sage, s/w ripe cherry tomato together with fresh squeeze of lemon – a must have!

• Meaty Tuesday – Teriyaki Portobello with ‘egg’fried rice & veg

– Grilled mushroom button skewers dripping with sweet sticky sauce.

 

 

• International Wednesday –  Gazpacho

– This fresh, raw, cold spicy Spanish soup is filling, tasty, & nutritious! Perfect for hot Summer siestas!

 

 

• Salad Thursday – Pasta Salad Xalapa 

– Chilled fusilli tossed with greens, coated with tangy Jalapeno dressing, topped with smoked coconut flakes.

 

 

• Lazy Friday – Hawaiian Pizza 

– Homemade pizza crust, topped with smoked ‘ham’, hot sweet pineapples. diced ripe tomato, and mixed Italian herbs. A real treat!

 

Just Vegan cordially invites you for dinner @ just R65.00 per meal, and a fresh blitzed juice if you like @ an additional R35.00, delivery within Jukskei Park at no additional charge. Your meal serving is between 300g to 500g of gorgeous ready prepped meal. Allow Just Vegan to do all the hard work for you, so that you can take the evening off.

Delivery time: 17:00 – 18:00

Just Vegan Meal Delivery Menu Is Globe Trotting 22 – 26 January

Fresh blitzed seasonal juices available with meals daily, at additional R35.00

• Mediterranean Monday – Mushroom Penne

– Penne al dente tossed with meaty mushrooms well cooked with parsley, finished off with rich, creamy mushroom sauce, sprinkled with love & umami.

 

• Meaty Tuesday – Beef Medallions Champignons 

– Medallions a la legume & grain, served in mushroom sauce, with quatre colour seasonal veg, & roast potato.  

 

• International Wednesday –  Aloo palak 

– International Wednesday goes to India for a bite of spice, spinach & potato curry, sprinkled with additional red chili flakes,  s/w chutney & crispy poppadoms.

 

• Salad Thursday – Roasted Curry Garbanzo Salad 

– Spicy curried chickpeas, nestled amidst a bed of crisp lettuce & roasted butternut, s/w ripe cherry tomatoes, diced herbed crostini, avo, walnuts,  drizzled with sweet mustard dressing.

• Lazy Friday – Boerie roll

– Homemade spiced boerie, set on fresh baked roll with wholegrain mustard, accompanied with tender salted roast potatoes, s/w ketchup & mayo.
