Step into the world of vibrant Mediterranean vegan cuisine with our fun and interactive three – hour Just Vegan cooking classes and discover fresh, flavourful vegan cuisine inspired by Spain and the Mediterranean. Classes take place in the comfort of a professional fully equipped kitchen.

Cheese Sauce

Heavenly cheese sauce packed with vitamin A & B12.

Quick easy to make.

Today I created this jug of deliciousness to compliment a head of cauliflower and so used the opportunity to cook them together to save on time. Time – the most precious commodity that once lost can never be reclaimed.

Prep & Cook: 15 minutes.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

Carrot M: 1

Milk oat: 1 C

Salt: 1t

Nutritional Yeast with B12: 3T

Seeds of sunflower: 1 handful

Technique

Roughly chop carrot and simmer for 15 minutes. Once cooled, add to blender together with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.

The consistency should be thick but pour easily. The cheesiness and salt amount will have your final stamp of approval to it.
